From childhood, she continued to be a good student and a competitive athlete. She won the gold medal at the Junior Olympics swimming and was chosen as a member of the Japan national team. During her undergrad, she lived with international students from all over the world at an international student house as a resident assistant. She got  opportunities to enjoy diversities, at the same time, it was not easy for her to connect people from different backgrounds. In the third year of university, she attended University of Manchester in UK as an international student, which helped her realize it is crucial for today’s global era to comprehend a sense of value in order to work effectively.
 
Making use of emotional strength from her global experience, she was promoted to a blunch manager after one and a half years since joining the previous company. She engaged in building teams and maximizing the profits by the use of CQ, Cultural Intelligence.
